"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but I’m actually relieved I gave it a try. The lessons helped me a lot, and for what you get, it feels worth it

"Support that actually helps"
I was having trouble getting into my Gracie University account and couldn’t tell if it was something I did wrong or a tech issue on their side. I sent support an email expecting the usual back-and-forth, but they replied quickly and actually paid attention to what I wrote.
They explained what was going on in plain English and got it fixed without turning it into a whole project. It’s not complicated, when you pay for something, it’s nice to know there are real people there who can help when something doesn’t work. Easy 5 stars from me

"Probably caught it at the wrong time"
The training didn’t help me much. It felt a bit weak, though to be fair, I think part of it was just bad timing on my end. I was hoping to get more out of it, but it didn’t really land when I needed it to

"By the end, it all clicked"
By the end, I could really see how everything fit together. The lessons build up in a way that feels natural, and the order is easy to follow without feeling overwhelming.

"Helpful lessons, but slower than I expected"
The lessons are good overall and the instructions are easy to follow. I was expecting the pace to move a little quicker, though, so some parts felt more drawn out than they needed to be. Still useful, just not quite as efficient as I hoped.

"The site is easy to figure out..."
The site is easy to figure out. The videos load without any fuss, the lessons are simple to find, and I can jump back in right where I left off. Then out of nowhere I realized how much I actually appreciate not having to hunt around for things. Big win.
